WandaVision : An effort towards tweaking the reality into unsuperheroism
An effort towards tweaking the reality into unsuperheroism
Everyone was fishy about the show when marvel announced the whole new series list on Disney+ hotstar but then when the show came out It became a huge hit. The show started in a setting of the 1970s with no colors except black and white and it also kept all the norms of a 1970s sitcom it had all the settings of a 1970s sitcom it felt like it was one.
The starting three episodes are in the same sitcom way but they change in successive timelines with the change in time. In the third episode it's clear that the sitcom setting is not only about silly love and goofs of their life it is much more than that. The color setting in the whole show is impressive as it revolves around the main characters and that's something worth noticing. Won't be revealing any spoilers but, would just say one thing that this show seems like what if Christopher Nolan had to make a superhero movie how would it be.
Showing a dark and not-so-famous side of a superhero is a brave decision and Matt Shakman has done a remarkable job in doing so and his work and efforts are clearly visible in the whole story and also, some old and some new faces are visible throughout the series.
The actors of These series have done a remarkable job in portraying the particular characters. Elizabeth Olsen has done a terrific job with her character Wanda and also Paul Bettany did a remarkable job as vision.
One more character that made the series a bit fluffy and humorous was played by Randall park he did a wonderful job with his character of Jimmy woo. The series is well planned and it's a perfect picture of what the future of Marvel is turning into not an action-packed Commercial franchise but a more deep and meaningful matured franchise.
The series
also had a lot of references that if you are a true marvel you would guess and
would lead you to pathways that were still undiscovered and not yet thought
about.
I give this
series an 8.5 out of 10.
